Deposit - Full and Individual Evaluation

The deposit saves your spot for a Full and Individual Evaluation within a 2-week time frame.*

A Full and Individual Evaluation is an in-person or virtual comprehensive evaluation that takes between 2-4 hours. It includes formal testing for cognitive, behavioral and academic abilities and informal information from family members and teachers. The evaluation report includes:

  • Background Information

  • Educational History

  • Cognitive scores and interpretation (IQ Testing)

  • Academic scores and interpretation in the areas of Reading (including dyslexia), Writing (including dysgraphia), Math (including dyscalculia)

  • ADHD scores and interpretation (if applicable)

  • A digital copy of the Evaluation Report with a Formal Diagnosis (if applicable) and Recommendations and Outside Referrals (if applicable)

  • Follow-Up Meeting to review the results is included in the fee

Once the evaluation deposit is paid for, you will receive an email confirmation with information about scheduling you or your child’s evaluation session. Testing sessions can generally be scheduled within two weeks of the date of your purchase. While we try our absolute best to honor the two week time frame, please note that holidays or evaluator availability may impact scheduling. Please contact us if you are concerned about the evaluation time frame @ 737-235-6010. If you want to cancel your evaluation and receive a full refund you must notify pearl@pearltx-ecda.com within 24 hours of your purchase. The remaining balance of $1300.00 for the evaluation will be due on the day the evaluation is scheduled.
